Why? The Threat of Overcrowded Cities in a Pandemic

Social distancing is a real problem in these Pandemic times.  Major world cites have people almost literally packed in or stacked on top of one another.  It is the current feature of architecture.  Here is a future solution.

"Build new cities. Cities that will  have a cosmopolitan and racial equality theme. That look like a city with suburbs but actually no inner city. Really spread out. Maybe a little like the concept of Magnet Schools. Different central type concentrations of occupations. Well, maybe something like that.
