If the problem originates with equipment not provided by Cox or is not covered by a subscription with Cox Complete Care or Cox Service Protection Plan, then a fee for the visit may apply.

I'm scheduling a technician for 10/23/19 3-5P . When an earlier time slot becomes available we will contact you to ensure someone over the age of 18, or 19 in Nebraska, is present for the technician visit.

The technician will need access to the back of the device and associated equipment.

Ensure all pets are safely away from the area the technician will need to access.

Depending on the root cause of the issue, there may be a charge associated with the visit.

It is the technician's determination to waive the fee if the problem was caused by Cox equipment or signal delivery.

An adult 18 or older is required to be present throughout the technician's visit. Exception: Nebraska - An adult 19 years or older is required to be present.

MIGHT BE OF INTEREST IF YOU GOT THIS FAR .  WE CUT THE CORD WITH COX IN FEB 2020. ACTUALLY KEPT COX INTERNET  $83,99 A MONTH.  WENT TO HULU LIVE. ALSO HAVE HBO, NETFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME ALL IS GOOD!  SAVING ABOUT $80 A MONTH
